Contributions to Print Matters publications
Since the beginning of the year a group of us at CSM have gathered to form an interest group called 'Print Matters'. Throughout the year we have been exploring and questioning the value, effect, necessities and possibilities of printed matters. We have been designing all posters for the weekly design lectures and as a group we decided to launch two publications after two lectures. The printed matters reflects each of our individual views on the lecture’s subjects relating to our own practice at the time. The first publication was ‘REFLECTIONS ON PRACTICE’ a talk by Dan Rhatigan designed by Houman Momtazian & Rose Brissenden. My input was about a conversation I had with a designer at the ICA, whilst they were producing a publication in house for an event. The second publication was for Douglas Bevans’ talk on ‘MAKING IS THINKING’. 2010
